1. Seller information
Ballotti Store is operated by Tiago Pires, trading as Ballotti, Av. Diagonal 88, 2E, 08019 Barcelona, Spain. VAT/NIF: Z0475752W. Contact: hello@ballottistore.com.
2. Products and availability
Product descriptions, formats and prices are shown on the website. Ballotti olive oil is produced in limited annual quantities. Placing an item in the cart does not reserve stock.
If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and provide a full refund rather than substitute a product without consent.
3. Orders and payment
Before payment, checkout displays the selected products, delivery service and total price in euros. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation.
We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery address or unavailable stock.
4. Delivery
Available UPS services and prices are calculated from the delivery address. Delivery estimates are supplied by UPS and are not guaranteed. Customers must provide a complete, accurate address and reachable phone number.
Further information appears in our shipping and returns policy.
5. Withdrawal, returns and faulty goods
Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Instructions, return costs and relevant exceptions are set out in our shipping and returns policy. These terms do not restrict mandatory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent payment information, interfere with checkout, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Ballotti is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available under the law of your country of residence.
